Join us for a truly touching spiritual journey of the heart to the Caribbean Island of Bimini for an intimate experience
with the Atlantic wild spotted dolphins. Time to nurture mind, body and spirit, in the company of wild dolphins and
human kindred-spirits! It all begins in the heart, every dream, wish and desire that your soul longs for, speaks to you
from within your own heart. With drumming facilitator Buddy Helm, you'll learn about using the power of sound to
manifest your dreams. The dolphins will also teach you about the energy and power of their sounds to connect you
with your own inner wisdom and your own hearts song. Buddy and Gayle will support you in claiming your own
personal power to create the life you truly want to live! Gayle will guide you in connecting with the energy and essence
of the dolphins as the heartbeat of the drum brings their joyful Spirit alive inside of your heart. This time of learning,
sharing, drumming and playing with the wild dolphins of Bimini will nourish and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit!
Plenty of time to nourish your soul, lounge by the pool, walk the beach, shop, explore Bimini, rent kayaks, bike,
snorkel beautiful reefs, explore the mysterious Bimini Road that they say leads to the lost city of Atlantis and swim
with the dolphins! This week of "inner and outer discovery with the Wild dolphins of Bimini will change your life!

Day 1
For those who live outside the area your trip will begin on Saturday as you arrive in Ft. Lauderdale and overnight.
Hotel arrangements will be made for you at a discounted rate and Gayle will be with the group at the hotel, we can
meet and enjoy dinner together!

Day 2 Sunday
morning we transfer to Ft. Lauderdale airport for our
flight to Bimini (approximately 10:00am). Those who live
in Ft. Lauderdale will meet the group at the airport on
Sunday morning. Upon arrival we transfer and check-in
at the Bimini Big Game Club & Marina for lunch and our
first group gathering. We'll have a dolphin protocol
orientation, board our chartered boat and prepare for our
first encounter with the wild Bimini dolphins.

Day 3-6
We spend the next four days exploring ourselves in the mornings and playing off our boat in the afternoon with the
dolphins and snorkeling. Our time with these wild dolphins is a gift from them and will evolve as they wish. This is an
ecologically sensitive program that allows us to observe, interact with, and swim with these beautiful beings. The
photo and video opportunities are absolutely outstanding. Our dolphin excursions take place each afternoon aboard a
dive vessel. These trips can be anywhere from 3 to 4 hours in length. It takes approximately one hour to reach the
"dolphin grounds." Sometimes the pod (dolphin family) comes to the boat in as little as 30 minutes; on other days it
takes 3 hours.











There will be time to explore the island and eat in some of
the other charming restaurants on the island. No trip to Bimini
would be complete without snorkeling over the Mysterious Bimini
Road! A quarter-mile off Paradise Point lays an ancient, underwater road of stones that has baffled natives, mystics
and scientists for generations. Some call it the Bimini Road or the Atlantis Wall and believe it may lead to the lost
continent of Atlantis. It is quite a mystical experience and many say they can feel the energy that emanates from
these huge underwater stones. The famed Bimini Wall, less than a quarter mile offshore, drops from 145 feet to over
3,000 feet in only a few yards. On our last night in Bimini we will have a special farewell dinner (included in trip cost)
for our group.

Day 6
We leave Bimini around 10:00am for our flight to Ft Lauderdale and our connecting flights home with our spirit's
renewed and our hearts full of dolphin love. New human and dolphin friends have been made and you will find the
dolphin energy and consciousness swimming in and out of your life forever! They truly are the "Angels of the Sea"!

The dolphins and Gayle Lawrence
Gayle has been swimming with wild dolphins, humpback whales and manatees since 1999 and encounters with them
have changed her life, she will share some of her own intimate experiences with these magical creatures. Gayle will
help you to open to connecting with the dolphins physically and energetically as they teach us about opening the
heart to more love and joy, healing ourselves on all levels especially old emotional wounds and remembering how to
frolic, play and laugh with a zest for life most have long forgotten.

Buddy Helm Drumming teacher, healer, facilitator
Buddy lived with his family in Florida during his teen and early adult years and now currently
resides in Santa Monica, California. Buddy produces video, film and music and does session
work in LA, performs and teaches. His main instruments are drum kit, percussion,
African Djembes and Afro Cuban congas. He also plays keybaords, guitar, bass and flute
and is an excellent arranger and vocal coach. Buddy was classically trained as a musician
starting at the age of eight years old then during his young adult years, transitioned into
the world of "Rock and Roll" with his own band, Bethlehem Asylum. He has toured and
recorded with many greats including Tim Buckley, Frank Zappa, The Allman Brothers,
Chuck Berry,Bo Diddley, Wolfman Jack, John Densmore(Doors), Billy Burnette(Fleetwood Mac), Dorsey Burnette,
Bethlehem Asylum with Charlie Dechant(Hall and Oates sax player) and many others. Buddy also has an impressive
background in film and TV production and composing and editing music videos and has worked with many well-know
personalities such as Ron Howard producer and George Lucas of Star Wars fame. He is also an artist, painter and
sculptor with academic time spent at San Jose State, UCLA, University of South Florida and Santa Monica College. His
mobiles, sculptures and paintings can be seen at Seasons in Santa Monica, California and at various galleries around
the United States. Russell Buddy Helm teaches drumming meditation and drum healing therapy seminars around the
country, his continuing development of the healing aspects of rhythm have brought health and joy to many around
the world.
